Push Past

I read this quote on my friend’s facebook info tonight:

“I know one thing. Every time I’ve pushed past my discomfort to do what God wants me to do, the place I wind up is always the place of greatest contentment.”

Lord, I pray that I will push past my discomfort…

My Portion

The Lord knows I really need to dwell on this scripture right now. I had to share before I went to bed. Enjoy and embrace the GOOD WORD:

“Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, ‘The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.’ The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him….” -Lamentations 3:22-25
